  1. Same Day Processing: For any orders placed before 2 PM Pacific Time on a business day (M-F), we guarantee that your order will be out our door on the same day. All other orders will be processed the next business day. 
  2. Shipping Methods and Carriers: We offer a range of shipping methods to suit your needs. For domestic orders within the United States and Canada, we primarily use trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure reliable and timely delivery.
  3. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs for domestic orders are determined based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. We strive to provide competitive shipping rates while maintaining the quality of service. The shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at the checkout before you finalize your order.
  4. Estimated Delivery Time: Once your order has been processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on the shipping method selected and your location within the United States or Canada. Generally, you can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days. However, please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or holidays may impact delivery times.
  5. Order Tracking: For your convenience, we provide order tracking information for all domestic shipments. Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can easily monitor the progress of your shipment and stay updated on its estimated delivery date.
  6. Shipping Restrictions: Please note that certain items may have shipping restrictions due to legal regulations or safety concerns. Any such restrictions will be clearly mentioned on the product page. Additionally, we currently only ship domestically within the United States and Canada. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
